Adam is the founder and chairman of TMT First which he set up in 2006 as a tech company that specialised in software customisation for mobile phones. He has been at the forefront of launching the Digital Device Repair Technician Apprenticeship to help fill the severe skills gap in the tech industry and futureproof the next generation of digital repair technicians.  At Circular Summit he will be discussing developments in the Right To Repair movement.
