Vinny is the GSMA technical sales director for industry services. He plays a key role as the global team lead for new services such as  Blockchain and Roaming. His responsibilities involve bridging the technical divide in these areas, helping to implement advanced services for networks. At Circular Summit he will be presenting on some of the work that the GSMA is doing to help its member mobile operators support the secondary market in mobile devices.
