Paul started out as a mobile device engineer and quickly became a technical leader. He created the original quality standard for P4u’s insurance arm, PAS, in 2004. For the last 20 years, he has been setting quality standards for all areas of the mobile industry. Creating BlankIT has allowed him to carry out his passion for quality assurance. He has been called upon as an independent expert witness for the IRDC in a court case over iPhone quality issues. At Circular Summit, he will be discussing handset grading.
